How does payment work?
After the free concept, I send a written proposal. If you approve it, a 50% deposit starts the project. The remaining balance is due after your final approval and before launch.
Who owns the domain and hosting?
You do. You purchase and own your domain, hosting and any third-party subscriptions. The proposal lists any outside costs before paid work begins.
Can we work together remotely?
Yes. Project details, concepts, approvals and files can all be handled remotely while keeping decisions documented.
What do I need to provide?
Accurate services, contact details, approved business facts, and photos or media you have permission to use. I don't invent testimonials or results.
How will customers contact me through the site?
Your site can send visitors to the channels you choose: phone, text, email, booking or an estimate-request form.
